I found Hobby Sew online and was amazed at the choice of machines available. I decided the Necchi Rosso 200 was the machine for me and the price was wonderful. My order was placed and the staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble and they explained everything about the machine really well. I could not wait for my machine to arrive, so was really pleased when delivery was extremely quick and I am so happy with my purchase. I purchased a Hiline automatic threader sewing machine on which the automatic threader wouldn't work and the light bulb had blown. Instead of a replacement bulb and threader I was offered a different machine, a Décor Pro 22 as a replacement. This arrived very quickly and the other one was picked up the same day. The customer service has been extremely good and the new machine is set up and has been tested now all I need to buy is a pack of bobbins and some needles. Incidentally the automatic threader is essential as I have AMD and am not able to see the fine detail.

My new sewing machine arrived the day after delivery, but the quilting kit did not arrive as expected. However Hobby Sew very quickly sent out another kit and offered a £20 refund as a gesture of goodwill. Brilliant company, nice people to deal with would recommend them to anyone.
