Excellent communication regarding our order via messaging and telephone calls. The sofa is exactly what we wanted and looks absolutely superb in our cinema room, delighted with the quality, exactly as the online description. A small hiccup re the delivery, which was remedied immediately, hence not the 5 stars.

I ordered a dream luxury Velvet TV bed for our newly renovated master bedroom. The quality of the wall board and the luxury feel of the bed makes me think I’m constantly in a hotel! I could not recommend HOB enough to anyone who is looking for that luxury feel at a reasonable price. Customer services has been amazing with regular updates on the delivery. I was very dubious about ordering a sofa online without the chance to check the quality etc but I have to say the risk definitely paid off. We absolutely love our Ashton U shape sofa it’s perfect and great quality. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish, very fast in responding to queries and very helpful.
