The data that they show on their products needs more specific information. Dimensions, and weight capacity. The hinges I purchased had to be sent back, they were too small, and to light-duty for my purpose

Outstanding customer service. Recently placed an order. One of the items was incorrect and after contacting customer service, they immediately replaced the item and shipped it very quickly.
I filled out the shipping address (our contractor) and the form auto corrected somehow to the wrong address. Will still get to us, but quite an inconvenience.
