The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and very helpful. I could not find the latches I needed for my computer desk anywhere near me. This company did have them. Our transaction was flawless and pleasant. I received my items within a very reasonable time. I am a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend them!

Hinges never arrived. Were expected by the 9th of the month… its end of day on the 13th and my hinges are in California (I’m in Florida) after starting in the Midwest… no expected delivery date… called for help and the company phone number said to leave a voicemail and they would call me back. No call back. At this point, just a refund would be nice as I haven’t had a front door in two weeks waiting on these stupid hinges… UPDATE: The next morning I received a curt one line reply email of ‘hinges are in FL with delivery today.’ That was it - no greeting, no ending punctuation, no name of who sent the email just “Customer Service,” and DEFINITELY no apology for their screw up. Thank you to FedEx for tracking them down, but ZERO apology from the Customer Service Rep for the delay/the lack of CS/anything. No call back (it says on another post they answer all their calls within a certain time period during buisness hours… bogus… we are well past that and no call). Also I asked to have them just reroute the box back to themselves and cancel my order. They ignored that and did not do it. I also replied to that curt email and asked for a return to please be initiated because I no longer wanted to do business with them. This may be a family company, but whomever answers their customer service emails is all about passing the buck… if you read the other 1-Star reviews they blame Amazon, they treat customers as if they were lacking basic intelligence telling them to check their Spam folders (spoiler, nothing in my Spam folder and that excuse hasn’t worked since the AOL dial-up days but nice try…) I am sure my message here will be replied to blaming FedEx or Spam or tides caused by the full moon… If a company won’t take responsibility and own up to their mistakes and completely ignores their customers requests, I don’t want to do business with them period. I conduct myself with integrity in Buisness and I expect the companies that I give my money to will do the same. I am going to have to file a charge-back on my card I guess since they won’t reply and allow me to initiate a refund. Better Buisness Bureau will be call number two.
