Sent me the wrong size hinges but quickly sent me the right ones once I notified them. Hinge screws were really, really cheap. The heads broke off of 3 of the screws while installing them. I did pre drill the holes and still the heads broke off. I was screwing the screws in by hand. I have never had a screw head break off while screwing it in by hand.

When some of the doors in the house were installed, they weren't hung correctly, so they squeak when opening and closing. Your hinges stop the squeaking.
Is this business a scam? My credit card was charged quickly, but I've heard nothing about when (or if) I will receive my order. I did place an order. I purchased what appeared to be a quality product. When it arrived I switched 2 doors out right away and ordered 4 more sets. Can’t remember if you are using 304 or 316 stainless. I manage 34 doors right on the ocean in St.Croix and I need your company to be part of my solution not my problem. Thank you for sending a quality product.
