Originally sent the wrong product but customer services was amazingly helpful and sent me a replacement straight away before I had returned the other one.
I am usually very pleased with purchases from Higher Nature. However this time I was sent an item that was only one month prior to the 'best before' date. I already had some with the same date that I had had for a while so did not want them. I received good service in the fact that I returned them and received a speedy refund. I will buy from them in the future

I have been ordering from this company for a few years and have always felt happy with the products, service and delivery. However, I ordered my product on 12th May and have not received it yet. Today is the 19th. There are problems in the world and in this country which I do appreciate, but I have paid double to this company due to product increase as well as increases in delivery. I will not order from them again and will try and find a substitute.
