I was impressed with the marketing (no over the top hyperbole), the website was direct and precise. I had some questions after delivery and they were answered quickly. BEST OF ALL....I good solid product that I have used 3 x per week for the last 6mos, with out fail.My range has been 22 miles and max speed of 23mph, cruises at 20mph effortlessly. I feel that this was a very fair deal and would do it again

Hello hi boy does a great tool of marketing there products, how much fun they are to ride and the places you can go with using one. But if it so happen that something happen to the scooter it your responsibility to fix it they don't communicate with you. They leave you with a 300 dollar scooter broken 2 month after purchase.

My granddaughter lost her charger and I contacted the seller to ask which charger to purchase. Because it was within the one year warranty they are mailing me one free of charge. Great customer service

Honestly, I needed something to get around a small town since I didn’t have a car, and was living in this town for a bit. This was back in July. It ended up being the perfect transportation. I purchased the Hiboy S2Pro, and with some coupons managed to get a refurbished one for only 296$. When it delivered, it was practically brand new. The only thing I noticed cosmetically was a scratch on the back but other than that, perfect. It got me places with ease especially going 20 mph. So if you’re thinking of something quick and affordable without having to deal with car fees, this is the way to go.

My ebike stop working after a couple of months

We purchased two scooters. One on the high end and one on the medium. We also bought the removal seat. Scooters are amazing! We have not used the seat, as it doesn’t seem very sturdy. They are certainly eye catching and in return have probably inadvertently sold a few to others! Thank you for a great product!

I've had the bike for a few months now and other than the stock brake calipers which I've replaced with cable actuated hydraulic brakes it has been a nice bike for the money. I'm happy with the battery life and the performance.

This company really entails what customer support service truly is. In my journey along with Hiboy and my S2R Pro, their customer service support has been greater than any company I have ever spoken with. When I have explained my problems or issues, they have responded with a solution in less than 24 hours. In a time when electric commuting has become very abundant in every major city, it's not so much about which scooter you buy. IT IS about who you buy your scooter from. I live in Chicago and city roads can be much more straining on the scooter but it has held up with more integrity than I could have ever expected. Their customer care/support team is a great set of accommodating and lovely set of folks who listen to your needs and give you all the tools and knowledge you need or even may need to continue maintenance on your scooter!

Really good scooter! Got one for myself and one for my wife. The range is pretty long and it is very smooth to ride around the neighborhood. Very good purchase!

Buying these bikes was the best idea. They are sturdy and well made. My husband and I both got a bike and they have been so fun. They are everything that was advertised, including the part about them being heavy. The throttle makes them extra fun and care free. The battery life has been great and we have had many great adventures on them. My son and I put them together with ease when they got here. They have been easy to adjust when needed and have held up well through all that we have put them through. The fat tires are great for all surfaces.

It's a great bike (P6), fun to ride, with a cool design and powerful motor. However, due to its performance and weight, the brakes can/should be improved.

Great scooter, rides smooth... lacks a little bit of power but I am slightly over the weight limit, definitely reccomend
