I ordered different teas for Christmas and two tea strainers. I haven't tried the teas yet because they are for Christmas (some as presents), but they smell heavenly and I hope they are as delicious as the teas I ordered last year. The tea strainers are just the right size and perfect for my tea pots and mugs. Again, I was impressed by the service and speed of the delivery. Thank you!

I was given the wild cherry tea as a present from a visitor to Stornoway and enjoyed it so much I have bought some more. There are so many more intriguing flavours to choose from; it will be a pleasure to try some others too.

Love the teas from this store! Only problem is that I don't live close by as I would so like to be able to drop in to browse and buy !!

The team at the shop is friendly and welcoming. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The shop is inviting and it's easy to sit back and relax while you enjoy your coffee. There isn't anything else like it in the area. It's a nice place to unwind or catch up with friends.

Friends took us to Arnside. We stopped to have Cup of tea and cake. The teapots were excellent, you got one each and you got 2 cups from one pot. We use a teapot at home, so I looked on line and Hebridean Tea Store had them, the price was really good. I contacted the Tea Store ordered two . I couldn't believe it, they arrived the next day .They are lovely. Thank you Hebridean Tea Store for providing such an excellent service.

The tea that I ordered from Hebridean Tea Company arrived in the post swiftly. It had been packaged perfectly and all of the different types of loose leaf tea that I purchased taste amazing. My personal favourite is the Machair tea. Overall I am very satisfied by the service provided by Hebridean Tea Company and will definitely order again in the future.

Superb service as always. I was emailed as soon as I had placed my order to let me know there would be a slight delay (no problem, I always order in good time, bt I appreciated being told). The tea, as ever, is top quality - and just what is needed in this hot weather.

Well packaged, good delivery time. Packaging seemed environmentally friendly, which I place importance on. The various teas (I've not tried them all, yet) are full of flavour, and I love Oidhche Mhath - perfect before going to bed. The only thing I would give any (hopefully positive) criticism on is the website. When trying to pay, it kept saying my server was a suspected spam producer - not something I've ever done. I tried with VPN off, as well, but got the same. In the end, I had to delete cookies, and start the order again. So, maybe a tiny tweak on the website, but everything else was perfect!

Online order made on Friday, arrived in Dundee Monday - great service, thank-you! {And the tea is delicious!)
