Bought a corner and a 2 seater settee through snap finance in July 2021. Last yr could see cracks and slits in the settee . I though ok wear and tear but then it got worse and worse where big cracks appearing on seats ans it's so ruff cuts my toddlers legs. Contacted them recently and was told only comes with a 1yr warranty funny as never recieved anything off these people what so ever. Just th4 finance through snap that was it as all delealt with on what's app. Even cane with the feet missing and had to contact them about it. £1500 wasted money in under 2yrs I would stay clear of their furniture .

Ordered a marble coffee and dining table +chairs before Xmas and was assured delivery would be before Xmas. Upon arrival 3 chairs were damaged and returned and no coffee table, then realised that the dining table was also damaged. Since then have had numerous messages and calls to get this all resolved having had 3 deliveries to get all 6 chairs (this went into end if Jan) and 3 attempts to replace the table still left with a damaged dining table 4 months later and calls get ignored. Not happy with them ruined Xmas and am fed up with them.

Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly. Want to say a huge thank you to Sean . He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning what sofa I should go for . I believe he had my interest at heart and found the best coverage for me at a good price.
