I'm so happy I decided to go with Heated Products (Heated.Pro) after looking at my options. I used IQOS devices to quit smoking while living in Germany, but was afraid when I moved back to the United States I wouldn't be able to get the tobacco sticks or a new IQOS device if one of mine broke. Thankfully Heated Products delivered. The great customer service walked me through the process of payment, and I received my products within 2 weeks of payment going through. Until IQOS products are sold directly in the US, I'll be using Heated Products regularly.
