I could tell a difference immediately with my fog clearing and energy level going up. I do have to place the jar in hot water in order to get any out. It was so hard that it would break whatever I tried using to get the product out.

I have purchased shilajit from this company for 2 years now & although it takes 2 weeks to arrive in Ireland it is worth it! I have received great customer service they have explained reason that why this wasn’t dissolving which extreme mins temperature. I have tired honey sticks they are good and shilajit is good

I had a few experience with Shilajit in the past year, but this, Shilajit does not dissolve properly in the water. Even the water is hot. There is a lot of particle black particles left on the bottom of glass . That’s mean there is a lot of dust particle in the Shilajit that doesn’t solve a real Shilajit dissolve in the water everything nothing left on the bottom of the glass . This Shilajit colored like a burned car oil. I’m not happy with the Shila Ji result. Can you please explain why is a lot of dust left on the bottom of the glass. Thanks. If you can, please send me an email with the return so we can discuss about Shilajit I want to real Shilajit if you can provide I’m happy for that.

I had heard wonderful things about the product but upon using it myself and my husband became very nauseated and our stomachs were upset for quite awhile. We returned product and have yet to be refunded. Although their policy states this within 30 days. So be warned this can happen.

I noticed that I had increased energy. Not feeling depleted at night. I’m taking it 1x a day I will work up to 3x a day and report back. I liked the taste I usually just drink it in hot water like tea. It is an acquired taste, if you like tea with no sugar, you will be fine!
