Great experience with this company and the product. Very easy to navigate through the website to find what I need have lost of deal and bundle deal ( you are gonna want them because once u start using shilajit u not gonna want to go with out trust.) I love that when u receive you shilajit there a free 7 sticks of honey pack u can easily get with each item u get. Who doesn't like free or honey. Do your health and skin a favor get shilajit in you life.

Really enjoying the benefits of Shilajit for the first time. It is very sticky but dissolves quickly in hot water. So far I have been adding it almost daily to my tea.
Valuable service and positive results
I like the shilajit and packaging, the delivery was fast my only problem is the amount of sediment at the bottom sometimes. It’s not to say the shilajit is fake though. Besides that I like the product

All Good Shilajit Is Best
Had a little bit of web difficulties with the subscription management, but the team worked promptly to workout the issue and keep my subscription back on track. This is a great product made by a good company ran by good people.
It arrived in a timely manner to Canada, and it’s our favourite brand because it isn’t runny like some other brands we have tried in the past.
Amazing product! My energy levels have increased and it’s super easy to integrate into my daily morning routine. Tastes better than expected as well.
UPDATE: Another person on the customer service team reached out and offered a couple sample packs to replace the ones that were damaged. We figured that was fair enough. Someone else also called to apologize and let us know there’s only so much the front line customer service team can do. All in all the product is good, however they could use better customer service up front. Just be sure to check your packaging right away for any damaged sticks. Extremely disappointed with this product. We waited to open the package until my wife gave birth as she wanted to use them for postpartum healing. When we did open the package, 10 of the 30 sticks had opened and there was honey all over the container. A third of the package was completely unusable. For such an expensive product this is embarrassing. When we contacted the company we were told that because we waited to open the package there was nothing they could do because of their 30-day policy. Take your money elsewhere.

I only selected the two stars because of the method by which the product is shipped. Having received orders through the DHL platform I believe there has to be a better way to ship internationally. This should be looked into.
