I like the consistency of the resin. It's not runny like some brands I have tried. The honey sticks are easily mixed with my coffee. It gives me a boost of energy to help me get through the day

The shilajit is amazing quality. This has been a life changing product for me. But I must say I don’t love the very large jar, it’s kind of hard to manage, I preferred when a larger amount came in multiple small jars.
