Very happy with HBT. We switched from old handsets to new VOIP ones - Irfan removed the old ones and fitted the new ones quietly and quickly. No down time or disruption to our phone lines, and programmed just the way we wanted. Very easy for us and would definitely recommend

Had the phone system installed 2016 while upgrading the server. System has been reliable since then. Any new requirements that we have required have been sorted out diligently with very little inconvenience. Over all very happy with the service.

We've been using HBT for a couple of years now, They've offered a great service and any internet problems we've had on our end they've been quick to help us out. If we've ever needed changes to pre recorded messages or changes to our phone system they've been very assisting. The customer service from Callum in particular has been fantastic, we have a reply to an enquiry within 5 minutes, would highly recommend.
