Had an amazing experience getting semi permanent eyebrows down. Truns out exactly how I wanted it and the healing process was smooth. Hazel gave me full consultation about the process of the procedure very clearly. The atmosphere was breathtaking, she attended to me with respect, kindness and makes me feel comfortable and safe. I have had lot of people giving positive comments about my eyebrows and asking to be refered to get their's done. Am totally happy and satisfied and will definitely be going there again for any upcoming procedure that I might want to do. I spoke with Hazel on the school run regarding having Alopecia universalis which is a medical condition involving the loss of all body hair, including eyebrows, eyelashes. I lost the hair on my scalp a while ago but the eyelash and eyebrow loss was more recent. Hazel talked about the work she does and said for me to look on her Instagram. It took me a while to build up the courage to book the treatment in and I was still hoping my lashes and brows would return. I wish I hadn’t waited. I went into the clinic in Cheshire nervously. Hazel didn’t pressure me at all and was so calm in explaining the process and I knew I was in safe hands with her years of experience. The treatment was so quick and I am thrilled with the results. As a mum I am always rushing around and don’t feel like I have time to do my makeup in the morning so having the semi-permanent eyeliner is perfect. I would definitely recommend Hazel and wouldn’t hesitate to book further treatments.

I first attended Hazel Diamond Clinic for my semi permanent eyebrows around 6 years ago at her London clinic, and the experience is still the same second to none. The clinic is clean and calm, her friendliness and professionalism is the best, I just love having my beauty treatments with her. I was extremely happy to find out that she was still in the business and that the service is still simply the best.My eyebrows were bespoke as usual and came out perfectly. I love the fact that she does a follow up service to check that you are happy with the colour and ensure that healing is going well.I have been singing her praises since I first met her and will continue to do so. I refuse to allow anyone else near my face. I look forward to using her services again in the near future.

Ive had a 2 enhancements done over the past couple of years which havent been bad but havent satisfied me. Hazel was recommended to me by a friend and when I saw Hazels work on my friend, I got super excited. I contacted Hazel regarding the permanent eyeliner. Hazel was amazing from the get-go. Her explanation of the whole procedure, recommendations, pre during and after care I can only applaud. Im so happy with my eyeliner. I spoke to Hazel about a previous enhancement that needed fixing and she went through a plan with me on what she could do. Shes is so knowledgeable in what she does, shes patient and caring, listens, and genuinely wants the best for you. She really is the best and I'll never use anyone apart from Hazel.

After having semi permanent eyebrows done with Hazel in Harrods over 10 years ago I knew exactly who to go and see when I wanted my full lip blush. I went to see Hazel in her London Marylebone clinic which is a great location! Hazel is one of the most professional spmu artists I have ever come across. She is really thorough with the consultation and treatment and a true perfectionist so I knew I was going to be pleased with the results. Well the results totally exceeded my expectations! After the two treatments required the colour is amazing and has taken really well. I get people complementing and asking me what lipstick I am wearing! I couldn’t be happier with the results and would recommend Hazel every single time 😊

Hazel is absolutely amazing in all aspects. I get my eyebrows done by her and I couldn’t recommend enough, they are perfect every time. I’ve been going to her for the last 5 years. I can not fault this service or this woman. Hazel goes above and beyond at every appointment I have had with her… and there have been many over the years, but all for the same procedure. I will never go anywhere else for my eyebrows tattooed after my fantastic first result with Hazel. I’ve even moved to Gibraltar and make sure to schedule her in as soon as I know I will be returning to London every 2 years or so. Really pleased with the 2 x eyebrow treatments that Hazel did for me. Will be going for a 3rd appointment soon to refresh my brows that have really made a significant difference to my face. Hazel Diamond is brilliant. I had my eyebrows done at the London (Marylebone) clinic - semi-permanent and she did such a good job. She is super careful about getting the shape and design of the brows right for my face and getting them to match and checking I was happy with what she was going to do. Minimal pain and a great result, which has lasted really well. Would highly recommend her services. She is lovely as well.

I have been coming to see Hazel for many years now. I have visited her at both her London and Claygate clinic, where I have had semi-permanent make up on my eyebrows. I am always delighted with the result, as they look so natural. Hazel will always do exactly what you ask, is very professional, thorough and explains everything to you, all the while making you feel at ease. Having a procedure done like this, requires that you are fully able to trust the person doing it – I do! And would never go anywhere else. I can’t recommend Hazel enough.

I decided to try semi permanent eyebrow tattooing at the Claygate salon. I was already aware that I was in safe hands as I was familiar with Hazels incredible work from Harrods London. The consultation was very thorough and we talked about my desired outcome and what I could expect from my new brows. It’s important to have a follow up appointment around 6 weeks after the initial treatment. Hazel spent plenty of time mapping out my new brows. I have quite healthy brows but I wanted a bit more dept to them. I was happy with the way Hazel didn’t rush this process and kept showing me in a mirror so I could say if I wanted any tweaks. We then chose the colour for by brows and this was done by seeing a few choices against my natural skin tone. The treatment itself didn’t take too long and I couldn’t feel much discomfort due to the anesthetic cream which was applied prior. At first the brows look quite intense but if you follow the advice for homecare then rest assured after a few weeks the intensity fades and the brows look brilliant. I had my follow up treatment as required and after this session I was thrilled with my brows. No need for make up or tinting as I’d had to do previously. The result was natural enhanced brows. I don’t think I could go without semi permanent brows now as they do save me so much time in the mornings and I could never draw them as accurately and precise as Hazel. The salon at Claygate is very clean and the staff are all helpful and professional. Hazel herself is a dream. So calm and just amazing at her job. You can tell she has so much passion and enjoys the work.

Hazel is my SP makeup artist of choice since 2015. Having inherited quite unfortunate eyebrows from my dad (and his dad), “drawing on” eyebrows every day, and sometimes even multiple times per day, became standard procedure for me. However, on warm days or after going for a swim, the visible presence of eyebrows was not always guaranteed and I became tired of carrying a mirror and pencil with me every day. So I considered to get SP makeup. After some consideration, I REALLY wanted to get SP eyebrows. But it took a lot of research to find a person I would trust to leave their mark in my face. After reading reviews about Hazel, however, I was convinced I would be in good hands – and she proved me right. I was a nervous wreck before the first appointment, but she patiently answered all my questions, took a lot of time to work out the shape and colour of the eyebrows and asked me for feedback at every step of the process. The result was fantastic – just as I always wanted my eyebrows to look like. People I talked to never assumed anything about them would be “fake” – they look completely natural, and I get regular compliments. I had a top up 6 weeks later, and yearly touch ups due to oily skin until we found the perfect pigments that even lasted through the many months of Covid lockdowns without fading. Even though I am quite the crybaby when it comes to the tattooing process itself, I will come back for my now less regular top ups. The few minutes of pain are definitely worth the result.
