My experience with hawkstone is really good I ordered the beer selection it tastes very lovely and I wouldn’t order the beer from anywhere else, a good delivery service as well, very well done to Jeremy clarkson and his team.

Ordered my 4th or 5th lot of cider as it is so good but got a message from Yodel saying my order had been returned to the Sender. The message lead me to believe they had tried to deliver. After contacting Hawkstone - they informed me that Yodel had damaged (broken) my order. Customer Services were excellent and offered me a refund or they would re-order for me. No Brainer! - I wanted another lot! Cider arrived 2 days after my confirmation with Cuatomer Service.

Absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide James. Very interesting, very tasty products. The only detracting feature was the driveway from road to car park was very muddy, however this did not detract from the overall experience we had. Definitely recommend 👌

I ordered 2 gift packages to give to 2 separate people. What arrived was 20 bottles of beer, 4 packets of crisps and 4 coasters in one box. When I phoned i was told I should have unticked the box which states I will accept my order in fewer boxes. If I had seen this I wouldn't have unticked it. As I didn't need my packages to arrive separately but I was assuming as I had ordered 2 gift packages that they would be separately gift boxed ! Hawkstone whilst understanding my dilemma, did not apologise or offer any other resolution. Eventually they agreed to send out 2 empty boxes so that I could package up my goods myself but it was a long conversation and Hawkstone were not keen to help. I shouldn't have had to package up my own gift boxes! I have given 3 stars as the boxes arrived in time and there was nothing wrong with the products. I was very disappointed in my delivery and how my complaint was dealt with. It was remedied, but only because I wouldn't be fobbed off. I would certainly think twice about ordering from them again

I’ve been having Hawkstone Cider for around eighteen months now. I’ve tried other beers, the IPA, Lager, Stout etc and all have been great but just keep coming back to the cider as it’s ridiculously drinkable , to the point where I intend to just have one but end up having four ( whilst at home I might add) . Service is great, prompt and efficient. Only ever had one difficulty , a case being dropped and smashed by the courier , but even that was professionally dealt with. A Hawkstone rep emailed me right away to update me I received the replacement case within a couple of days. I recommend the cider, Black stout is also fantastic, the IPA was really good, in fact there’s something for everyone. Become a Hawkstonian. NOW !

I’ve been receiving Hawkstone cider monthly for over 6 months now and I’m very pleased with the cider. Additionally my monthly order is handled without any fuss and always on time. Plus the delivery has without any issues and I’m kept informed throughout so I know when my next delivery is due. I’ve also purchased additional beers from time to time and found them all to be great quality. I’d happily recommend them and have done so on a number of occasions, all with good feedback,
