One of the bonds keeps falling down so it appears to be slightly too short and it is not adjustable. I was very careful with my measurements. I have adjusted as far as possible with the little bit of give me in the clips at the top. It still falls off, the fittings fall out, the weight at the bottom slides out, it unravels and the blind itself wrinkles. Disappointing!

I ordered and paid for my lamp on s Sunday night but was unable to collect it til the following Friday. There was no problem with my delay collecting it. On Friday when I arrived at the store, I gave the young lady my name and she went to the store room to retrieve the lamp. Simple as. Job well done.
