I shop in Harry Corry regularly but this was my first time doing click and collect. After 3 weeks since purchase I still hadn't received any update on my purchase so I tried ringing the store and phones were down so I contacted the online customer service and to date still haven't received a reply from that. I ended up driving to the store to see if they had my purchase. At this stage the staff member told me it was showing as in store for a week and a half at that point and apologised that I hadn't been contacted but when she went to find my order it hadn't been put away and she had to find the product on the shop floor. Disappointing experience so I'll shop in store going forward
Purchased items from Harry Corry in Drogheda. Staff were extremely helpful and got everything I ordered very quickly. Everything purchased was top quality so will definitely be purchasing from them again.
