My online order was incorrect, when I collected it the very helpful lady in the shop sorted it out for me and I left happy!! In person shopping is still the better option, I spent another €40 in store!!
Excellent quality, delighted with purchase! Next time though I think I will pay postage to get it delivered the next day as I was waiting 5 days to be able to collect the item. Other than that I highly recommend.

Ordered product online for click & collect at Swords branch . When I called to collect I was a bit unsure about the product as it wasn’t what was described online and there was a bit of confusion. There was 2 women I didn’t get their names trying to sort it fit me . The 2 of them were extremely helpful and efficient. Excellent customer service at its best which can be rare in shops now . Great staff over at liffey Valley. I arrived nearly at closing time to collect an order and purchase one other item. They were extremely helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to hurry up and they took time to explain the return policy on the items that I had purchased. I am always happy to shop here. The staff make it 10 out of 10. I was also very happy with the items I purchased. Great price and great quality.

Absolutely amazing service from the Stirling store, particularly from Karen and Lisa who both went above and beyond when helping us to buy curtains. We were buying 6 pairs of checked curtains and they went out of their way to ensure that the pattern matched in each pair. We could not have asked for more helpful and friendly service. They are a credit to Harry Corry and we will always go back there when needing household items.
