Very difficult to order. Thought I knew my password but your system rejected it so I pressed the "forgot password" and your system said it was sending me an email. I did this three times one day and then twice the second day. I finally just didn't log in to my account and purchased the product. So you might wan to look at your web site internals. BTW a "log in" OR "create an account" really turns me away from a product purchase!
