I have had insomnia for years and tried many herbal products over time. Valeriana and ST john´s wort have a very mild effect, I had to take a lot to get some benefits. I discovered CBD this year and I was really happy to have finally found something that works! The problem with the first brands I tried is that I had to take 1 and a half, sometimes 2 droppers to sleep well all night long, whereas with Happy Garden´s CBD I only need half dropper (20%), so it´s really worth the price and lasts longer.
