I have had 2 conversations with Sophie regards a noise whilst shower is running. Occasions she has been extremely helpful, polite and is a very bubbly person. She has gone above and beyond to help as is a great asset to the company. Thank you so much Sophie.

Emailed for a spare part for a very expensive shower that was not listed in the parts manual. The shower would not function without the part. Within a day I was told it would be shipped from Germany free of charge. Excellent customer service.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Abigail Price Harrison . I had a problem with my Hansgrohe shower and Abi sorted it out for me . She was so helpful and attentive. She kept me informed and had my problem sorted with a week . Maureen

Purchased a bathroom basin tap but was supplied with high pressure flow straightener. Contacted Hansgrohe customer service and they identified a low pressure insert and sent me a replacement plus some spares for the future. Really great service.

A lady called HANNA dealt with my problem with shower i got a brilliant excellent efficient service from this lady everthing was resolved very quickly. shower now working to its best. Thank you D Ward

I had a brilliant experience with your customer service team. Hannah was so incredibly helpful and efficient. It is unusual to find someone so good. I only retired as an interior designer earlier this year and always loved the Axor/Hansgrohe products. Your customer service is just as good as your brand! Thank you. :-)

I've had a Hansgrohe shower for 7 years now. Recently the thermostate basis went completely rotten on one side causing a constantly leak. I understand that 7 years is above the company's 5 year guarantee, but it's the first time in my life that I see a shower get so bad! The company argues that I've used strong products which is not the case! The water in London is very hard and it seems the corrosion was caused by it.

Superb customer service - we had issues with our HG shower but were dealt with exceptionally by Sophie Dix. She was professional, courteous and provided excellent communications on how she would resolve the problem. I couldn't fault the process and if everyone is like Sophie it will be a credit to the Hansgrohe Organisation.

Dear Sophie, Have now received and fitted the replacement part. The tap is now working to my satisfaction. I am both impressed by the tap and by your excellent support. I have always bought the best in the market, as Hansgrohe in my opinion are. I had no doubt you would solve the issue and you have reinforced my confidence in Hansgrohe products, of which I have many. This is what good customer service looks like. After having a plumber strip down the shower unit and check all pressures we still had a shower with limited and diminishing flow. I emailed the Customer Care team about this and Sophie responded quickly, with great product knowledge and in a friendly manner. With a few pictures, a detailed explanation of the issue and proof of purchase Sophie sent out a replacement part and immediately solved the issue. A refreshing change to other Customer Care experiences with other companies.

The silicone nubs on our Hansgrohe showerhead, purchased in August 2020, recently broke and so we made contact with customer service via the website. After a few days a response was received confirming that while a repair of the damaged showerhead would not be possible, a replacement item would be sent. Having provided proof of purchase, Sophie ensured that a new unit was received the next day with the minimum of fuss. We were disappointed that the showerhead had damaged after only a couple of years of careful use, but the customer service that we received from Hansgrohe was first class and we were very grateful to receive a replacement item when we initially sought only advice on a repair. With good customer service being very important to our buying decisions, based on our experience we would certainly purchase from Hansgrohe again.

Having a problem with the button on our rather flashy pull-out ‘select’ kitchen tap. Sophie has been very knowledgeable diagnosing our problem and ordering replacement parts, plus assistance with servicing the component when it arrives should I need guidance above the provided instructions. What’s not to like - exactly the personal customer service one hopes for and sadly something we see less of these days from other faceless companies. Thanks - I’ll continue to have trust in the brand.

I purchased hansgrohe head shower and after two years the chrome started to peel off. That was clearly a manufacturing defect as I don't use any chemicals and have many other their products in my house. I was happy that they provide 5 years warranty and expected it to be a simple case. Yet they came back to me saying that it after 'expertise' (that is just asking me to send them a few pictures) that they are not liable and it was my fault. I didn't expect misleading advertisement about 5 years warranty from a reputable European brand.

I’ve been very impressed at how Sophie at the customer service team has dealt with our query. We had a leak coming from our mixer tap. On investigating, the tap lever, which was stuck, sheered off from the base as we tried to work it loose. This was replaced as a gesture of goodwill, without even having to ask, which was really very appreciated.
