I am very impressed by Handmade Piece's customer service and their rendition of the copy of a masterpiece that I requested. I communicated with Monica throughout the entire experience and she was always on the top of things. All my e-mails were answered in timely manner; very professional indeed. After the first attempt I gave Monica my feedback and requested that some changes needed to be done in terms of colors and detail. Monica worked with me until I was fully satisfied with the final outcome. My painting arrived in timely manner and I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Handmade Piece to anyone trying to have a copy of a favorite painting.

I wanted to have a painting in memory of my passed away dog. I cannot express how happy I am with the quality of work, attention to details and responsiveness of the artist. The painting is now hanged in my living room and I will cherish it forever.

We ordered 2 large paintings of different styles (renaissance and modern art) and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. Monica helped with a tailored service and asked the right questions without prompt on the sizing, styles and even hue of the paintings we ordered. 100% satisfied. I’ll admit I was nervous, but everything happened just like they said. I requested a custom painting. They sent me a picture to proof within the timeframe they quoted me. I approved it and then it arrived in the mail, just as promised. I chose to have it framed at Michael’s and everyone there was really impressed by the painting. It was a gift for my husband and he really loves it too (and he’s hard to impress with gifts!). It was my first piece but it won’t be my last. I already have plans to order 2 more.

Handmade piece totally exceeded my expectations.I ordered a da Vinci lady with an ermine for my wife’s birthday. She is an accomplished painter herself and loves Renaissance art. The painting moved her to tears.
