We recently used Hamlovers products for an event we were catering for an established design house. Very happy with the service, very pleased with the quality of the product. Nothing but praise from those attending the event, which ultimately looks great on us.
Just poor, ordered a ham holder and knife set. The site did not it clear the product was coming from Spain, it is ham lovers.co.uk after all. The site made it clear that they would dispatch orderes received before 2 pm would be dispatched the same day and an email sent with tracking information, this did not happen and I had to chase it up. When they responded they sent an incomplete tracking number so I still could not track it. When the product arrived I was very disappointed. Product was poor with cheap fittings which bend when tightened, the knives are very cheap all though they are sharp. The steel is pathetic! Glad I did not get my ham from here as well!

The communication was great, I received an immediate UPS tracking number to track the shipment. They didn't have the ham in stock that I ordered BUT they contacted me immediately to offer an alternative and it turned out to be a better quality but offered at th esame price which was great customer service. Delivery arrived on time and I was very pleased with the product - fantastic. I will be using them again.
Very pleased with my small ham - perfect size seeing as it's my first attempt at carving and I didn't want to tackle something too big. Lovely colour, rich and sweet flavour; next time I hope to try something slightly less salty but that is just a matter of preference. Delivery was prompt and the ham was very well protected in its packaging. I will order from Hamlovers again. Thanks guys :-)
The jamon I bought was delivered promptly and was authentic iberico de bellota at a really competitive price. It was delivered late November & we are still eating it! It has excellent flavour & texture. I will buy again.

I ordered 3 shoulders from Hamlovers for Christmas presents. The hams were delicious and the staff helpful.

Have used the guys on a few occasions now. Service is excellent. The order tracking system works very well. The product selection is based on quality not quantity. To date I have purchased hams and cheeses and would wholeheartedly recommend the site. Email communication is equally responsive and helpful.
I bought a Joselito Ham as a Christmas present and it didn't disappoint! It came in an enormous box, with stand, dvd and knife and was delivered very quickly. The Ham is delicious. It is so good, that I buying the same again next year!
This appeared to be the only website in the UK that was able to supply my favourite spanish brandy. It came as a complete suprise that it was sent direct from Spain. However the order was dealt with very promptly and efficiently and I would certainly use Hamlovers again.
They have a great selection of hams, with lots of information to help you make your choice. You order your ham, and it arrives nicely packaged in good time. Easy. What more could you want?

Perfect service, we live on an off island and the delivery was not effected at all. The products we ordered are great. We intend to use them on a regular basis and would reccommend hamlovers to anyone who hankers after that special taste of spain.
