The Good: Great products and competitive pricing. The Bad: Sadly not easy to deal with customer service if you’re not a business but end user. Even if your order arrives with marks/damage like my Kai scissors you’ll most likely have to pay yourself to return it as they’ll say it doesn’t affect the functionality, which i find unreasonable, and a shame.

I love the scissors I bought specifically for cutting pattern paper while making pattern for myself. They enable me to cut the curves smoothly and accurately. They are the right size and weight for my needs Thank you.
Excellent service. Dressmaking scissors arrived extremely quickly. They are sharp. Cut through fabric easily though I haven't had a chance to try them on really thick fabric. Very comfortable to use. So well pleased with this purchase.
