I spoke to Matthew after being told by my doctor that I may have a bacterial infection on my scalp. I have lost 3/4 of my hair since the end of September (4.5 months). My scalp has been really itchy and had a ‘sick like’ smell comIng from it. Matthew told me straight away what it was and how to treat it. He went out of his way to help me and even sent me a link to further advice on treatments etc. Matthew told me to use a shampoo to treat my scalp and get some antibiotics to treat the infection. I have been to see my GP about this a number of times and they were not only useless but unsympathetic. Matthew empathised with me, told me exactly what was wrong and to treat it. I am so grateful to him and would definitely recommend his services!

Great customer service from the onset from mathew. Excellent pre op with Dr Hassan who was very open and explained the process. Blue, phil and steph deserve the utmost credit for making my day smooth and comfortable. I travelled to London for my surgery and As Matthew new I would be on my own he travelled too and was on hand all day . Matthew Even fetched my lunch and got me back to the station and on my train home at the end of the day . Very happy with my results and the whole experience.

Did speak with a few other companied first and to be honest, was a bit suspicious of the low price when i spoke to this lot but I have since learned that the same surgeon works for a number of hair transplant provider and I could have paid over £1000 mored for the same surgeon with a different company. Price was definitely the best and my hair has never looked so good
I have got my Hair transplant done 5 months back. Today, I am happy to let the world know that the results are excellent and I am more than happy to show it to my friends. They promised my 2500 grafts and they did more than that as they see it required more that the prescribed numbers.

Just back from my 6 month check up and everything looks great. I have hair growing at the front of my head where previously i had none. I promised that i would leave these guys a good review if I got my hair back so here it is. Had my procedure in London in March 2015. Hotel and transport was included in the price. Everything went well on the day and I hardly felt any pain at all. My contact Matthew was absolutely brilliant and responded to my queries immediately even late at night. The aftercare has been superb from the moment that I left the surgery and i can hardly believe the difference that this has made to my life. Feel free to contact me for my before and after pictures.
