Ho comprato un paio di Sneaker, prezzo molto buono per la marca. Ho ricevuto dopo solo due giorni credo, in Germania, scarpe bellissime. Quindi posso dire con soddisfazione che è un sito affidabile in cui si può comprare senza alcun dubbio. Per me 5 stelle. Molte grazie per la bella esperienza.

I ordered a pair of shoes which, unfortunately, had a defect. Customer service was extremely responsive to my messages and immediately offered to return the shoes to their warehouse for evaluation. The return was taken care of free of charge, although the purchase was made three months ago. They quickly found me a solution by refunding me in full. Customer service is very friendly and responsive. You can count on them to solve any problem.
Musste die Schuhe zurückgeben weil sie fehlerhaft waren. Retoure ist auch dort angekommen, jedoch erhielt ich mein Geld nicht mehr zurück. Warum weiß ich nicht, habe schon 10 x angeschrieben, aber es meldet sich niemand!! Kann diese Firma wirklich nicht empfehlen!!
I bought a purse from this online shop. I actually read the reviews after my purchase and saw some negative reviews. I was worried. But that worry changed after a few days when I received my bag. I was so happy to receive my purchase! (and it wasn't a fake, which I feared!) I got my purchase 58% cheaper than retail price! I'm so glad I bought from H-Brands and would definitely buy from them again if I find something cheaper than other stores! Buy without hesitation!

Non sono solita fare recensioni ma questa volta proprio se lo meritano… azienda seria che davanti ad un problema avuto con una scarpa si è fatta in quattro per risolverlo… tutto ottimo… rifarò sicuramente acquisti con loro.
Ho acquistato una volta, ottima esperienza. Ora però non acquisterò più perchè hanno tolto il metodo di pagamento in contrassegno, che mi faceva comodo perchè al mattino non sono mai a casa per ricevere il pacco e il corriere lascia in giardino. Dovrebbero dare la possibilità di consegnare la merce presso Fermopoint. Ho provato a chiedere ma non è stato possibile. Dunque mi sono rivolta ad un altro shop.
Ich hinterlasse selten Bewertungen, aber mein Einkaufserlebnis während des Black-Friday-Sales bei diesem Shop verdient definitiv eine Ausnahme. Nach gründlicher Recherche zur Authentizität des Shops entschied ich mich, hier eine Parajumpers Rolph Jacke zu bestellen. Alles lief reibungslos: Der Shop hat physische Filialen und die seit 1950 existierende Firma Hobb, welche dahintersteht nutzt dieselbe URL – ein klares Zeichen von Seriosität. Die Jacke kam neu und originalverpackt in Folie, inklusive eines echten Parajumpers Bügels. Überwältigend war das Gefühl, als die Lieferung schon am zweiten Tag nach der Bestellung eintraf, ohne dass eine Sendungsnummer angegeben wurde. Aufgrund dieser positiven Erfahrung werde ich definitiv wieder hier einkaufen.
Habe einen Sneaker bestellt der leider zu groß war. Im Originalkarton retourniert, alles bestens angekommen. Der Händler weigert sich dennoch mir den Kaufbetrag zurück zu erstatten. Er ist der Ansicht, ich hätte den Schuhkarton nochmals verpacken müssen. Wegen dem Retourenaufkleber auf dem Schuhkarton, könne er die Schuhe nicht mehr verkaufen. Da das EU Konsumentenschutzrecht klar regelt, dass die Verweigerung der Rückerstattung aus dem angegebenen Grund nicht zulässig ist, habe ich rechtliche Schritte zur Einforderung des Kaufbetrages veranlasst.
Auf der Suche nach einer ganz bestimmten Jacke bin ich auf diesen Shop gestoßen. Preislich mit Abstand der beste Preis! Lieferung ging super schnell, war nach 2 Tagen in Deutschland! Alles bestens, hier werde ich öfters bestellen!
Personalmente mi sono trovato molto bene, ho comprato una giacca versace e sono rimasto molto contento. Per sbaglio ho inserito un indirizzo sbagliato e ho chiamato il servizio clienti e sono stati velocissimi e veramente gentili e lo hanno corretto subito. Un'ultima cosa è stata la velocità della spedizione che in un giorno è arrivata.
Ho fatto un ordine e nonostante avessi scelto la spedizione standard è comunque arrivata in due giorni. Pacco perfetto, sito consigliato!
Definitely not recommended! i purchased a tote bag and when the box arrived it was empty! I told them and they said they are sorry but they cannot do anything. Unprofessional and unacceptable. i paid for a bag €200+ and the bag is missing. So shame
