I have just used the new service for the first time and it worked Fantastically. I ordered two large very heavy lamps and lamp shades from Sophie Allport. They arrived and look great ! And at a very reasonable rate of postage cost . Will definitely use again !!

I Have used the My UK Address a few times now between its launch and now and it has worked really well for me and it is simple to use. I even bought stuff from John Lewis which came from a reseller so wouldn’t deliver here and once it arrived I emailed GP Customer service to ask for a certificate of proof it had been shipped here which they did within a couple of hours, and I subsequently emailed it to JL and they have refunded me the VAT. So well done GP.

Great idea! So glad we can finally shop at all the places that won’t send directly to us.

I love this initiative from Guernsey Post they just opened the island up to enjoy shopping from shops they love without the cost of traveling

I have now used this service several times since launch with a number of companies that will not ship directly to the island. Have received excellent service each time. Really appreciate receiving photos of the items received so that you can see how it has been delivered to the Portsmouth depot and allows you to confirm what has been received and the value of the items. Delivery to my home address has been great with the usual great service from our usual posties.

What a great option when companies won’t send to the island. I have used this option many times with great success. Easy payment service with photo so you can see which package is being sent. Quick service once paid. I have not had any issues with this method

Used this service for a Xmas present delivery, it works really well and once delivered to Portsmouth depot, you are in procession of your package in just days, will definitely use again.

A brilliant service. I have used it several times since it started and on each occasion the delivery was within days. The option to use PayPal would be great if possible.

This works really well. I've had 2 packages delivered from companies that would not deliver direct to Guernsey. They both got here with only 1 or 2 days added once I'd confirmed what they were and paid the postage. Great idea, well done Guernsey Post.

I love this MyUKAddress. Was easy to register and git my address details straight away. I ordered something from Amazon which wouldn't be deliver to the Channel Islands. The item did fail to deliver to the drop off point a couple of times because of out of hours delivery, before I realised I could ask Amazon to deliver in normal working hours. You get an email from the Post Office with your delivery cost and a link to pay it. Very quick and easy to use. Well done Guernsey Post 👏

Excellent service and very helpful when I had to query something. Only problem I experienced was that my UK address was too long (more than 30 characters). With difficulty I managed to condense it by removing punctuation and abbreviating words. Fortunately it worked! Will definitely use this service again.

Uk address great for special parts tools some retailers won't send to Guernsey. However should be able to incorporate my ebox but customers service should be able to link which would help me and help post office saving deliver times

The picture of freesias is horrendously misleading. Two wimpy bunches arrived. Very poor value for money. I would not shop here again.
