After a couple days i got an eamil with tracking and my light arrived a couple days later. I even had someone contact me to see if i had any questions. Pricing was great, shipping was quick, and customer service was great
Excellent store to do business with. Fast shipping was very fast. The light I bought arrived in pristine condition and discrete. I haven’t used the light yet but did install it ant turned on, it’s bright ! The looks and feel of the lamp is awesome! Extremely well built. The price was the lowest I’ve seen. Purchased an ROI E720 - great light. Only problems - light came with no owner's manual, no warranty information. Upon e-mailing you requesting this information to be sent to me I was offered an pdf , weblink or whatever you call to reference whenever I wanted information concerning my light , and no warranty information. I replied to that e-mail explaining I wanted what I paid for ( physical owner's manual) and again warranty information .. Instead I was called by "tony" , - I don't want to talk to anyone - I want just what I paid for. I sent another e-mail explaining I prefer e-mail communication - again I was called by "tony" -- Guess he missed "the customer is always right" in customer service class .. I had to resort to e-mailing the manufacurer and in ONE e-mail had what I wanted.. First time and last time customer

Sent me the wrong item. Then asked me to educate them on “the practical difference” of what I received and what I ordered(about a foot and a half/a different driver) too which they literally asked after offering no resolution- ”so..are we all good?” -absolutely no customer service as advertised.

everybody in Google land is price gouging Gorilla GrowTents. Grow Light Central Did not price gouge like everybody else Is during the Coronavirus and gave me a discount over the regular price from 550 to 505 dollar. Somebody on Amazon is trying to sell the same tent for over $800. and that Is one of the cheaper ones.

Shipping time was remarkable. The package arrived non discreet which is always a good thing. Upon opening the box it was well packaged with foam securing it from all sides well protected from damage. Now about the light it’s self which is all amazing all around, no complaints and I would recommend this purchase from here again and again!
