Immediately usable, I'll need some time to realise its full potential

GroundSure provides a range of reports, plans etc that means I dont have to go to various companies to obtain the information as its all contatined in one place. It seems very comprehensive reports available which is very attractive to my requirements in business.

Menus are easy to navigate and it is much more intuitive than other services I had used in the past.

The site was easy to use once you had got used to it and found all of the buttons. Delivery was quick and data well presented.

The first page of the web gives you expensive reports with no obvious access to ordnance plans which I require. You need to access a further page from a drop down menu. Once on that page things become easier. It is not so simple as Stanfords access.

Very good site, value for money

Great block plans for planning permission, take advantage of the RICS offer of free PDF!

With my first free trial I was put off very quickly due to the poor layout and essentially unintuitive interface. I was then provided with £50 credit which I was grateful for which led me to try printing a plan - I managed to save the plan I was looking to create but I still don't know how to open it - I will not be using the remaining credit.

Gave up, spent several hours trial and error making a site plan, had an invoice for 0.00 but no idea where the plan is, no on line help.... given up.

Excellent service, very user friendly web site to order the maps required. Very happy.

I did not find it immediately easy to use but then it is a new system to me. on first go I did not manage to "crack" lining in the boundaries to a site and could not find the area calculator so assume it does not exist which is a disadvantage to me in comparison with other systems.

After a difficult log in things were ok.

I have a regular need for Map extracts for Planning submissions or other design purposes and have used a variety of OS map providers. It seems the process is never as easy as you might like but to date the GroundSure process is the simplest and most intuitive ordering process I have encountered. I fully expect to continue to use their services in the future.

I prefer a dwg file to manipulate, but the pdf was a little problematic, esp the red line, it wouldnt take my logo & wording was in wrong place, lastly at the Council apparently did not print exactly to scale - not what I want.

Mr Dan 25 February 2014, 18:37

My Internet Explorer kept slowing down and crashing; all map updates were really slow to update.

Mr Ken 22 February 2014, 22:51

No problems or complaints for the first time I've use it - except, a free map was offered as a member of the RICS. That didn't materialise, which just gives the impression that this is an organisation that does not fulfill it's marketing promises.
