I would wholeheartedly recommend Groom and Co for wedding dress alterations and pressing, they were amazing! I originally took my dress to them before the Covid pandemic, however I had decided to have a baby between then and my rearranged wedding date and so my shape had changed. However, that didn’t matter as they were able to give suggestions for the dress to suit my new shape and also advised on how best to have my dress to enable me to breastfeed my new baby! They were great, professional, nice and honest people, who provided a great service for a very competitive price, so much so that I will be using them as a dry cleaning service for my dress.

Excellent work. Henry was really helpful and carried out a fantastic job of capping our stone with lead and relaying our flat roof. Very professional job. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We needed a drone survey of the roof of a block of flats. Henry arranged this efficiently and quickly. The report was clear and factual. The photos of the roof were sent on a memory stick . Thank you - very pleased.

Groom & Co came highly recommended and completed the work we needed in 2 stages. First, the internal work, which was to gut, redesign and reposition the layout of existing 1st and 2nd floor bedrooms and bathrooms. Second, to add a 1st floor extension to an existing ground floor extension. Groom & Co organised and managed the job from concept to completion, which included architectural drawings and all aspects of planning. All building work was completed with minimum disruption to daily living, promptly and efficiently and to an excellent standard. The job was within budget and most importantly, the work was carried out in a clean, tidy, orderly and pleasant manner. This combined with a no quibble after sales service, I too am also highly recommending Groom & Co.

I cannnot thank Terry and the team enough for the extension completed on my kitchen. They really understand customer needs and provide an excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend!!

Their experience was invaluable with great attention to detail and finish to tie in to existing build, with regular engagement with us to discuss suggestions for an improved build from the original architect drawings to keep us informed of the build. The build was excellently project managed to maintain the flow of progress with materials and various trades arriving regularly and the external site was also kept very tidy and safe on a daily basis. Perfectly professional, would not hesitate to go anywhere else in future, highly recommended.

I have had Groom & Co work on my house on 4 separate occasions now and been more than happy every time! First they built an outhouse for me, did everything from start to finish. Sliding doors, electrics, insulation in all walls, roofing, flooring and even fitted the TV and moved all the furniture in for me free of charge. Next was a leak in the main house roof which was sorted within a day of calling (even though it was snowing at the time). Next I had them clean our whole roof and replace broken slates, again extremely happy! Last but not least, I have recently had them come in to do a review of the roof with a drone, they then sent me full pictures and videos with a details description of what work they recommend with a clear price break down. Groom & Co, what a company, Terry (the main man) Lovley guy, very helpful and understanding, I must say he’s extremely good at his game, Me and my wife had Groom & Co come in and do our extension at the back of our house, with a brand new kitchen and dining space, the guys that work for Terry are a very freiendly bunch of guys, carry themselves very professionally they was always on time and always left the site in an imaculate state, the finished project was Amazing, I couldn’t of asked for a better company to come and do my extension, all in all over the moon with Groom & Co and there services.
