I can appreciate lockdown is difficult and my delivery of Birdlip arrived very timely. However when I ordered my greenhouse they offered a FREE waterbutt and shelving unit (the only reason I ordered with the company). When I queried why this hadnt been delivered they claimed the offer didnt exist and this was a Winter 2020 offer. Checked the website and its miraculously disappeared! Very disappointed and feel completely ripped off. Beware they make offers and dont stick to them.

Ordered shelving 1330 monday and it was delivered tuesday. Excellent service. Cant fault the company

Placed order and received invoice for greenhouse and free base. Phoned up to discuss delivering times as previous reviews aren't good. Also wished to clarify why there were 2 prices for what seemed the same product( my invoice was cheaper one). Owner answered the phone and had trouble finding the order. When eventually he did find it, it had the wrong glass, the more expensive price of the 2 and no free base. This completely disagreed with the invoice received. He denied the two prices, even though I have it on the invoice and directed him to it on the website. It may have been a sales tactic or evidence of a disorganised company. As per other reviews I took the latter view. Prob alright if getting it built by them otherwise for the size of the investment I don't think the risk was worth it. As suggested by other reviewers feels like a small company taking on too much, I cancelled the order.

Excellent company. Needed to chase delivery a few times but worth the wait. When it was delivered it was seamless and pleasant we then rang back to arrange assembly - Sam came 2 weeks later and was fantastic large greenhouse fully assembled in 2 days. Would not hesitate to recommend. Diane & Gary (Bolton)

As first timers with greenhouses, Andy gave us excellent advice and service. We spent a lot less than we had intended and got the perfect greenhouse and staging to suit our home and garden. Sam fitted it on a Saturday to accommodate our work and family commitments. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We have already recommended them both to friends and family. Absolute shambles of a company, their customer service is totally nonexistent! Ordered a greenhouse and staging back in July and was quoted approximately 6 weeks for delivery. By the end of August I hadn’t heard from them, so emailed asking for an update but got no response. Sent another 3 emails over the first half of September, still no response. Tried calling them and it goes to voicemail, where they have the audacity to have a recorded message saying not to leave a message, but to email instead! Even posted on their Facebook page since the public nature of Facebook posts often means you’re more likely to get a reply, but nope, still nothing. I eventually logged a dispute with PayPal, the company didn’t bother responding to that either so PayPal closed in my favour and are issuing a refund, unfortunately it’s now too late to get a greenhouse from anywhere else and half my plants are going to die over winter. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, ever, and would give them no stars if I could!

I wouldn't even rate 1 star. The only good reviews seem to installed greenhouses as opposed to diy. Ordered my greenhouse back in April. Last email I had responded to thanked me for my patience. Well after 16 weeks my patience had run out and I cancelled. They couldn't even be bothered to reply. Wish I had seen the reviews first. Would have ordered elsewhere and probably would have a lovely greenhouse by now.

Thankfully I read the reviews before attempting to chase up a quote I'd requested 4 days ago. I did mange to speak to Andy on the phone but he asked me to send an email outlining my requirements, I have had no response. I've decided not to pursue the enquiry any further. I gather that this is a small family run business so may be struggling to respond to customers. I have seen this so many times that businesses are willing to lose thousands of pounds worth of sales, plus their reputation for the sake oc employing an additional person to manage the admin side. Sorry, I'll be giving my £1100+ to someone else.

I ordered my greenhouse in the middle of June and was told by Andy that there was a delay in getting the greenhouses. I rang Andy when I returned from my holiday and later in the week, I received a phone call asking if my greenhouse could be dropped off on the Friday of that week and installed on the Saturday. My Sandon Simplicity 4' x 6' greenhouse was installed perfectly in the corner of my garden, despite it being a tight fit. Sam was polite and worked hard to get the work done. He made sure I was happy with everything before he left. I feel that this company gave me a good service and the delay was not their fault. I am very happy with the service and the product.

I bought a Simplicity Shugborough greenhouse from Andy at GreenhousesRus last month. I am delighted with it and the service I received. Yes it took longer to arrive than originally stated but that was due to a delay by the glass manufacturer; and no, Andy doesn’t always answer the phone. But this is a small family business seeing an unprecedented demand for greenhouses, not a massive online store. I was given excellent advice when I first called to ask about a greenhouse, and because of that I now have the perfect one for my needs. Andy’s son Sam delivered the greenhouse and installed it even though I live in Scotland. Sam was absolutely brilliant, he put the greenhouse up quickly, professionally and without any mess or fuss whilst observing social distancing as I was shielding - I cant fault him or the job he did in any way. I didn’t pay for the greenhouse until the day it was delivered. So for anyone reading these reviews and thinking this is some sort of dodgy company out to take your money and not deliver the goods - it really isn’t. It’s a small business doing its very best in difficult times. I now have a great greenhouse, professionally installed and at a good price. All by really knowledgeable genuinely nice people. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Unfortunately like all the other reviews we have had shocking service from this company! Ordered a greenhouse on 12th April 2020 with the order stating it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. On 17th April we were told that transport would be in touch regarding delivery. That was the last time we heard from the company! No contact from the transport company, no contact from GreenhousesRus explaining why there was a delay. No answer when we attempted to call the company, simply an answer machine message saying you couldn’t leave a voicemail but they answered all their emails daily! Tried to email multiple times, no reply! Attempted to contact the mobile number provided but “voicemail full” and no answer!! We have never received our greenhouse or any correspondence from GreenhousesRus! I will certainly never recommend this company to anyone! Absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs!!!!

This is simply a poor poor excuse for a company, although we eventually got our greenhouse it was 3 months late after asking and asking and asking. Poor to no communication from owners and when you do get through they’re quite unhelpful especially the man. They never reply to emails either. When our greenhouse did arrive there were broken panes of glass - we had to source our own replacements !! We were also supposed to receive an automatic window opener - that has never appeared even after being promised it twice - I gave up. Won’t be using them again !!!

We placed an order on 29th May with the website stating delivery within 28 days. Nearly 8 weeks later, with no communication that wasn't prompted by my chasing, the order was cancelled by Andy. At no point did we receive an explanation as to the delays or an estimated arrival time, if there ever was going to be one. I decided to highlight the apparent lack of customer service noted in other reviews here to the company. I received an abrupt response denying their bad customer service but still giving no explanation or apology. Overall a very disappointing and time wasting experience.

It seems to enable to write a review you have to give them a star, personally they don't deserve this accolade. I have to agree with the majority of reviewers on here customer service is non-existent, phone calls and emails not answered. I ordered a 8x5' greenhouse on 19th April after talking to the distribution manager and was promised a 3 week delivery date. I spoke to him again in May and was told to contact him after the bank holiday, at that point he told me there was a little delay and would contact me by phone when the delivery would be made. That was the last communication I had with the company, it is now 14th July. This order is actually holding up a building project of a house extension, so I am less than impressed with their so called service. It seems to me that reviewers that responded in a positive experience had their orders delivered and erected, mine was to be a DIY project. Conclusion steer clear of this company.

I have to agree with the other poor reviews here. No customer service and no communication. I ordered staging in March and still haven't received. They do not reply to emails or provide accurate information. I have requested a refund, this has not been done. Terrible all round.

This is the first time I have felt it necessary to write a bad review for any supplier! I understand with the current Covid 19 situation, that deliveries can be delayed, but total lack of customer care is inexcusable. I ordered some greenhouse staging on 23 April and it arrived 24th June. I was not kept informed of the delay despite a number of emails and phone calls - the emails were not responded to without reminders. In fact, they were not honest when I did get a response. I received an email dated 9th June stating "This will despatched tomorrow". Nothing arrived! I emailed 22nd June and received an email on 23rd June "We will be despatching this order today, to be with you in the next couple of days." Goods did arrive on 24th June. If you do order from them, expect nothing in return!

Unfortunately I can only echo other comments regarding customer service, to be fair my greenhouse arrived more or less on time however that was 4 weeks ago and the staging i paid for at the same time still hasn't arrived.....with no confirmed date as to when or if I will receive it.

Some of the reviews have been very critical, my experience was very positive throughout. I was after a new greenhouse and made contact with a number of companies for advice. Andy at GreenhousesRus was by far the most helpful he knew his product steered me in the right direction for type, size and budget. The final result was a first class product delivered on the planned day, the delivery driver Sam was so helpful and accommodating gave advice on erection with nothing to much trouble. My Simplicity greenhouse is now up and running and is way above our expectations.
