I ordered three dutch light size polycarbonate sheets and they were delivered within couple of days. Sadly they had been badly damaged in transit rendering them useless. I contacted Greenhouse warehouse and they arranged their replacement which order arrived the following day. Excellent aftercare.

Many thanks for sending the panels for my Greenhouse. All processed v.quickly and efficiently, items in good condition, but the cardboard box package had been badly treated in the postal system!

I ordered a chimnea from Greenhouse Warehouse for a Xmas present. When the recipient opened it she was delighted until a crack was noted in the base. I reported this to Greenhouse Warehouse and with no qualms or quibbles they replaced it for me speedily and to the satisfaction of myself and the receiver of the gift.

The ordering was quick and easy, very user friendly. The delivery was 3 - 5 days, spot on, even over the holiday period, my order came 3 days after ordering. Both items I ordered came came in excellent condition.

Just wish i had been as quick fitting them ! The only possible improvement they could have made would be if they could have fitted them for me,whilst i sat, sipping a beer, on the patio ! I ordered a greenhouse online for my son on the 3rd December and received no email confirmation of the order as promised . I rang the firm on the 5th and was told an email had been sent following the order. I checked they had the right address and asked them to send it again. I still received no email confirmation. The first indication of life that I have received from the firm was your communication on the 11th with a request for a review, which was followed by an email from my son to say that they had contacted him with a delivery date. As an old granny suspicious of online purchasing, it would have been a great help to know that things were above board, particularly as the money had gone out of my account the day following my order. We are still awaiting delivery so I can only hope that there are no further problems.

it is over a week and i haven't received the item yet! so i had to buy it in a store
