Ordered, paid and received the merchandise within a week, erected the frame a couple of days after receiving it. Would love to get the glass in but waiting patiently for my builder to arrive and get in a footing and a row of 4" concrete blocks in order to set the frame a little higher. Then the glass then insert the plants and then watch it grow!!!!!!!!!!

i ORDERED SOME POLYCARBONATE PANELS. I RANG TO ASK WHEN THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY WOULD EMAIL ME. i WAS TOLD WEDNESDAY. i STAYED IN AND GUESS WHAT NO PARCEL. i RANG THEY SAID A PROBLEM WITH COMPUTER AND ASKED WHEN I WANTED THEM.......I ASK YOU... LIKE NOW. FINALLY HAD THEM ON THE SATURDAY. SO NO I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN.

I searched through the internet before deciding to purchase my new greenhouse from Greenhouse Warehouse which at that stage mainly revolved around price and value for money. Once I pressed the go button communication was instant from GW thanking me for my order and that I could expect an advice booklet on information to read before delivery (estimated between 4 to 6 weeks), and they would email me when an exact delivery date would be available. The booklet arrived shortly after and was full of useful information from how it would be delivered, construction advice for base, sealing, building, glazing etc. along with installation companies if you are not a DIY person. I duly received my delivery date email being 12/4/13 exactly 4 weeks from date of order and sure enough it arrived on time. The delivery man followed the same way of working I had experienced from his colleagues throughout the process, he unloaded all parts to exactly where I requested him to and even talked me through some useful tips on how to connect the base. In summary my experience of Greenhouse Warehouse is great product, good value for money linked to excellent communication and fantastic customer service....

I bought some greenhouse staging. It was delivered quickly and easy to assemble. Just what I wanted.

First consignment lost in post, company immediately sent next-day replacement.

Ordered 2 Palram grow stations on 14.03.2013 with next day delivery. Did not arrive by 4.30 15.03.2013 so rang and was told delivery would DEFINITELY be Monday 18.03.2013. Order did not arrive by 3.p.m. 18.03.2013 so rang again and was told delivery would be Tuesday 19.03.2013 and offered a £20 refund because of delay. Order arrived on Tuesday, to date no refund received. Will check statement this month before ringing yet again. Reference the erection of grow stations, instructions were abismal, parts which were assembeld as instructed had to be taken apart in order to put another part into position. Erection took twice as long as expected. However product when finally assembled is very good. Need to get your delivery process and assembly instructions sorted out! Perhaps for an additional charge the products could be supplied ready assembled!

Service was very good, with very efficient and prompt delivery. The product is a nice little lean-to greenhouse, just right for the space available. I was a bit dubious about the polycarbonate glazing at first (a bit like blister pack wrapping), but in practice it has worked out quite well, being surprisingly stiff and robust. Overall, Greenhouse Warehouse is well recommended for their service.

Ordering was simple, delivery was well within the time expected and the delivery driver was very helpful. The greenhouse appears to be of good construction but due to inclement weather conditions have not yet been able to erect it yet. Looking forward to being able to grow my own tomatoes etc. again.
