Great customer service and support.
I've very impressed by the how easy your service was to use. Great instructions on how to get an idea of our old phone's worth (two Pixel 2XLs) and the responsiveness was outstanding. Mailed the package on Monday. Confirmation of receipt on Thursday. PayPal payment on Friday. I'll repeat - Outstanding!
Always the best price for your items!
Loved my experience. Recommend all the way around.
Straight forward and fast.
Good customer service..
Excellent customer service, fast and reliable. I would definitively recommend them.
Good service and over twice the money for my iPhone 7+ than Verizon offered.
I appreciate the pamphlet attached to my shipment which describes all the benefits of taking wheatgrass. It arrived as promised. Will keep ordering.
Reliable. End of story. And they were pretty fair. Thank you.
Just waiting on my money still
Great communication and fast service!! Thank you!!
Very fast payment, they sended it to me same day. Other companies that take week or weeks for payment. Will do business again!
The Service Great
Great service! So quick and easy!
Selling my iPhone with GreenBuyBack was a seamless experience. They issued payment the same day that the product was received. I will definitely recommend GreeBuyback to friends & family. Thank you!
Although I initially had a negative experience, when Green BuyBack learned of the difficulties I had encountered, they immediately reached out to make the situation right. I really appreciate that level of customer service! Thank you Audrick Kramer!
Perfect was early got very quick thanks
They're greedy and the worst buyers compared to the others. They claim it's broken when it works perfectly. The other places accepted it fine. I wouldn't trust them unless you have a brand new item. They're just low ballers here.
My iPhone 8 was returned to me packaged nicely and at no charge but with no explanation. A sticker with the number 11023 was affixed to the screen. What does this mean?
