I was very happy to go and collect my two small plants.The plats are very nice and perfect condition,plus good price.The people from shop are so kind and friendly.Gravelpit it is the best plants shop in Sheffield.I have seen many but it is my favorite.I can't wait do onother order or go to the shop in the person. This is an awesome store ! I ordered a stone planter for my garden, it arrived super fast and was packed really well The planter has pride of place on my garden table and is a firm talking point when people come round. So happy I found this store and will be back again for more items.

Really quirky pot, great design, very unusual delivered on time really well wrapped including the excellent plant which was bought together. I am delighted and will certainly buy again. The shop is brilliant and a real treasure trove for those who love indoor plants and unusual pots Will certainly visit again as well
LOVED the string of turtles I ordered! Good condition! But unfortunately the sticker on the bos that shows which way is up, was upside down! So the plant had been traveling upside down all the time... Just a small mistake, but it meant that a lot of the fragile little leaves had fallen off... It still looks okay and as a dedicated plant mother I am sure she will be fine!
2 of the 5 plants i ordered arrived dry and crispy and on deaths door - and died within 3 days of receiving them. 2 of the 5 arrived healthy and are doing okay. 1 plant is currently suriving but didn't arrive in good condition. I have asked for a refund on one of the plants (should have been 2 of them) and am still awaiting the refund which I asked for 2 weeks ago (could be due to PayPal though). Wouldn't buy from them again as plants are poor quality but customer service team are very pleasant to deal with and fast to respond. Hence the 3 stars and not 2.
Such a good website, couldn’t recommend enough! Always given healthy plants and even take requests into account .... will definitely be using this site more often.
