Gosh well what can I say - brilliant. I place my order one day, the next day I get an email to tell me my order has been dispatched and the following day my order arrives. Excellent. Tonic, lemonade , real Dandelion and Burdock ( by that I mean its not the sweet stuff you get in supermarkets)and rhubarb lemonade that has a real kick. This is where I get all my soda now. Just waiting for them to start selling Root Beer then they can have all my money

Was missing half of my order but Joanna & her team resolved this very promptly & professionally. Parcels arrived very well packaged & all bottles intact which was excellent because I have ordered the same items previously from other sites & have opened to find bottles smashed or missing. NEED A RELIABLE COURIER

I ordered a case of 24 bottles of Reef on Saturday. Paid via PayPal and it was delivered by 8.am on Tuesday ... can't beat that for customer service, amazing. I emailed them just to say thank you and had an immediate reply from Joanna which was so sweet and remenicent of when customers were important. I had an order with this company which had some issues. Unfortunately after thinking it was sorted out there was another issue. Emily helped me all the way through it and couldn't have been more helpful. Emily went above and beyond to help me and she was always chasing everything up and letting me know what was happening. It is a shame the order wasn't issue free but unfortunately that happens sometimes. The response to this by Emily was top notch and she is a credit to the company.

Purchased multiple Franklin drinks. Love them all. Great flavours and natural ingredients. Favourite is definitely the dandelion and burdock. Highly recommend and will be ordering again (and again!).
