Not even recived my time no answer on the phone no reply from the emails I sent I've tried everything and got nothing I've lost £100 pound as I don't know how to get a refund and my sons had no birthday present

Just bought two sets of children's golf clubs for Christmas presents. I thought I had items missing but it was my error, my emails were answered within an hour and the issue was sorted. Very happy with the customer service *****
Your delivery provider leaves a lot.to be desired. They never leave parcels with a neighbour or in a fesignated safe place amd do not provide a reliable time slot for delivery, unlike their competitors. This means the customer has to go to a post office to collect, which os inconvenient and incurrs additional expence for parking.
