I kept two of the items. One shirt and golf balls. Debated on keeping balls as they were more expensive than PGA Superstore. I think I will limit future boxes to shirts, shorts and cover ups. Hats, balls, tees etc I will obtain locally.

The folks at Golf Locker have sent me some great looking golf polo shirts over the past year. They are quick to send you things that you may like, and the combinations that they send are quite nice!

While the clothes selected for me did not work, the process with Golf Locker worked flawlessly. I have never had any issues dealing with the company, whether it is a return or something purchased.

Received my first box and all four items were over priced (cheaper elsewhere by 10.00+ dollars) and three were not a color I would wear. Returned three and keep one. Received a 12.00 price adjustment for the one item since it was cheaper elsewhere too. All fine right? NOPE. They deactivated my account because they said that Golf Locker is not for me due to my feedback for the returned items being overpriced. Like I was just to overpay... CANCELLED. Just find your shirts and hats elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. They are overcharging for everything. And, you are supposed to be happy with it. Try it. Look up the item online vs. your charged price and you will need to get an adjustment back. If I have to do that to get honest pricing on every item, it is no longer an honest transaction. Honest pricing is what I was expecting.

Golf Locker has done it again!! I set up items that I was looking to get in the future and Golf Locker selected all of them!! I was super satisfied with this box and am looking forward to my next one!

Maybe it is all my fault for not returning items that don't fit within their accepted timeframe, but other retailers will accept returns anytime. I guess I am just used to dealing with them. Make sure you know GolfLocker's policy, otherwise they will return the ill-fitting items and make you deal with it. When I buy $100 shirts and jackets, I just expected a little better service. Response to Golf Locker: I did return three items, one of which I think was getting close to the six months, but I returned three in one box to save you the postage. I understand you don't care about that now. However, when you pay this much for your clothing and they DO NOT FIT, I expect better customer service than what you delivered. Rather than an e-mail, what is wrong with a personal call. It isn't as cold and heartless as the e-mail was. What happened to "the customer is always right?" I stand by what I said in the review. Your customer support could use improvement, especially as indicated by the tone of your response to your review. The nice part is that I have a choice of who I do business with. Call me if you feel it might be worth it.
