My mum with Dementia was targeted saying she had an existing policy and needed to renew. Only realised as I have Power of Attorney when I saw a spurious DD fee of £185. Explained my mum does not need or want a policy and is elderly and confused. Was told its £45 to cancel as out of 14 day cooling off period (bear in mind you only see the DD come out after this period!) They might be good in what service they provide I have no idea? but the sales tactics and cold calling is not ideal at all. Update - Changed to 3 stars simply because after my complaint in writing they called me back and fully reimbursed my mum. At least they acted very quickly so fair enough! They also sent me an email to say they will investigate the calls.
