I purchased the pro luxury 5 part hair curling system and the straighteners from golden curl and I absolutely LOVE them! It makes my job as a professional hair and makeup artist so much easier and saves alot of time! I choose to use them on myself aswell as my clients! They give beautiful, long lasting, shiny curls.. I wouldn't go anywhere without them! They're my go-to for bouncy curls, waves, tight curls... whatever the look, I can create them with my golden curlers!
J’ai eu la chance de pouvoir utiliser ce produits à plusieurs reprises et je n’ai jamais été déçu. Ce fer à lisser chauffe rapidement et le résultat est impressionnant. Après chaque lissage mes cheveux sont non seulement lisses mais gardent aussi leur souplesse. J’ai aussi essayer de boucler mes cheveux avec ce produit et une fois encore j'étais impressionnée par le résultat. C’est le premier fer à lisser qui me donne des boucles aussi jolies. Je le recommande vivement !
After-sale service is excellent! Once you have registered for the 5 year warranty, in case of any defect, all you need to do is to send back your old device to the UK and pay £18. Don’t worry about the box if you have already thrown it (well, that’s my case, I threw the box away just a week after purchase). I received my new device in just 4 days!
Ich habe das Gerät vor ca 4 Jahren gekauft und leider ist es mir kaputt gegangen..dann habe ich den golden curl team kontaktiert und mir wurde gegen ein kleinen betrag wurde mir innerhalb 2 tage ein nagel neues gerät geschickt..egal was für fragen oder probleme man hat,das team kann man sehr lwicht über email kontaktieren..

I bought my device 4 years ago and my cable was broken. I have contacted golden curl and they have guided me, so that I have a new device under the 5 year guaranty, provided a small contribution. I am a happy customer. I have had a few hair straighteners, but since I have the GL829, I don't want another anymore.
Thé straighteners are so good and they take such a short time to heat up! Would 100% recommend
The straightener GL829 is great, kept everything that was promised. Now unfortunately, after four years, I had a cable break. By the 5 year guarantee I received a new device after 10 days for 25 euro (shipping and handling). Many thanks to the support of Golden Curl. Unfortunately only 5 stars can be awarded. U.N.

Great products - excellent service I am very satisfied with my straightener. The best device I have ever used. After 3 years the power cord was broken but with the 5 year guarantee that was no problem. I sent back the old one and at the same day they sent me a completely new device with express delivery - perfect service!
Best curler, as am a hairstylist i have used so many curler before but this one is the perfect curler i had always looked for, i have thin straight hair normally when i curl my hair it can stay for only 6h now with the golden curl curler it remains for 2- 3 days if i don't wash my hair, and without fixing spray. Mir wurde das Grät an einem Stand im Milaneo in Stuttgart verkauft, ich war dort im Urlaub. Jetzt nach 1 Jahr ist es kabutt gegangen es kann die hitze nicht mehr konstant halten und glättet nicht mehr so schön und ich frage mich, wie ich dies ln der Schweiz umtaschrn kann? Den Garantieschein alles habe ich noch. Weiss da jemand bescheid?
