The product itself is okay, but the customer service is terrible. Instructions given to upload photos in ‘landscape’ or ‘portrait’ view were not exactly clear as images on the phone are not showing as landscape or portrait. Once it was uploaded, message was sent to seller. Seller did reply saying ‘some images are in portrait some in landscape which is not recommended’. I somehow missed this email which was my fault. However, as soon as the product arrived I messaged the seller explaining my phone does not display the images in portrait or landscape and I asked if I make an order again, would they be able to edit it on their side. Reply very shirty and unprofessional. I have contacted politely on 2 more occasions to check if I place another order could they help me edit the photos when they receive them. Not at any point was it blaming seller about the product and I was perfectly happy to reorder and pay for the product again The issue is ignoring of messages, abrupt, rude and unprofessional way of dealing with customers.
