This system has been MUCH easier to use than the system we were using before. It would be nice to have a tutorial system explaining each of the features though (also how to delete fields). Overall positive experience.

Ryan has been assigned our new account manager, and has been most attentive and knowledgeable, particularly in the technical aspect of GoFormz.

App works most of the time but is not as user friendly as they make out. There are times that the completed form does not get sent to you. Reply below says call my account manager - don't have one!!!!!

Paperless transition for estimates. I searched and tried many different avenues and almost gave up. My issue was that my salesmen have terrible writing and many of my competitors are switching to paperless estimates. I tried beardoc, honeywasp, and a few others. Beardoc was the closest I got but it was hard to use and set up and they had the WORST customer service EVER. Days turned into weeks and then I stumbled onto Goformz! Omg, what a breath of fresh air, seriously. I took my existing paper estimate and downloaded it, filled in all the slots and was in business in, I'd say, 2 hours maybe. After I got familiar I added pages of sample pictures and information. I'm in construction (roofing) and have no real experience with these types of things and I nailed it out of the park. If I can do it, so can anyone. To top it off the customer service is outstanding. Easy to reach and always got back to me. Very satisfied customer here.
