Only issue I have is with the time between being charged for a subscription box shipping. Seems like I am almost paying for the next month before the previous month arrives. Other than that, they have always been very responsive, and great to speak with on the phone. In fact, when calling for an issue on my end, I ended up chatting with the president for a bit.
