Order still not received and placed on the 4th March, called twice and emailed and no response

Hi, Initial updates were pro-active and great, however have since requested a cancellation and refund a few weeks ago for an order of G&B wallpaper and not received a response to multiple follow-ups. When can I expect my refund?
