Is this a scam , I keep getting emails from giftofmelody but never received what I paid for! I never received my order. I have been patiently waiting for weeks to gift this to my husband

I surprised my husband with the song that was made. I didn't think it would sound so good but when I heard the first part of the song, it had me shaking in my boots let alone how it made my husband feel. He started crying he loved it so much.
