Cannot trust them as your provider: Lost crucial mail. Dozens of add-on fees. Forget to scan documents. Double invoices. Destroys mail older than 14 days...
Year in year out excellent service
Confusing. Recently signed up for their "low user" annual £29.00 exVAT service, and paid. I was then told to "top up" a few weeks later because they said they couldn't forward a single item of mail. So I paid a £50 top-up and then got three immediate eMails saying "welcome to Ghostmail"... it seems Ghostmail are as confused as I am here!!!

Simple to use and very responsive, both for the sign up process and when providing the service. Would definitely recommend for both telephone and address services.

Avoid this company. It is run by morons. It took months to change my email which, of course, ended up with mail not being forwarded. Shockingly poor communication skills and did nothing to correct their mistakes.
Excellent service and superb customer support
Used them to help help start a company. Very patient and supportive in explaining things. Costs can climb if you don't understand your company roles to be managed by them. But that's not down to Ghost mail.

I can confirm that Ghost mail finally resolved my complaint. I have been deeply unhappy with the processes the company use and whole heartedly disagree with their methods of operation but at least my issue was dealt with amicably.
