Customer Support is good and are very reactive which is great ..... My only gripe is that if a product is not available for purchase then you should list it as 'Sold Out' on your website rather than selling it anyway and then contacting buyer to tell them you're out of stock after they have purchased .. sometimes buyer has an urgent need for products and this just slows them down ...
