I had two engineers George and Anand working on my Heat Pump today which had been installed incorrectly by another company, they put all the faults right made a cracking job of it. They even had time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it, they had great knowledge of how the system worked and could explain it in simple terms so I could understand them. Thanks lads you did me proud.

Another excellent installation from the Geo Green Power team. This being phase 2 of our PV Array. The installation work, adherence to timing plan and communication remained at the highest level.

I had a domestic installation completed by GGP, and it was all done in less than 2 days. The guys were polite, efficient and accommodating. I would highly recommend them. They dealt with the council application (which included estate management) and also arranged the export tariff for me.

Great experience with Geo Green. Excellent from start to finish. Any issues soon put right but there were only one or two minor ones and they were all over those. My only development point is I didn’t appreciate how big the kit is from the discussions at the outset (ie with safety cut off switches etc). It wasn’t an issue but surprised me a little. Would definitely recommend. Very personal and Sean the first contact point was so nice

Fantastic engineers came to our home to fix problems caused by another company. They were extremely polite and cleaned everywhere thoroughly. A pleasure to have in the property.

We have two lots of work done by Geo Green. The reparation work done by GG on our ASHP, after the installation company had ceased to trade, was excellent. Very professional and the two engineers were lovely people. The second job was done after a local company could not solve our system breakdown. The engineer, Arthur, worked tirelessly to solve the problem and restored our heating after we had spent a cold month without heating. Fully recommend these people

I have used Geogreen Power twice now for my ASHP annual service, and on both occasions (2023 & 2024) I have experienced good communication throughout the booking process, and excellent service from the engineer (Arthur) who attended.

This is the second time Geo Green Power has checked and cleaned our solar panels (one array on the house, one on a barn). On both occasions everyone we dealt with has been first class. Everyone has been efficient and worked very hard but have also been cheerful, courteous and friendly - and I mean everyone.

I was tempted to knock off one star because they're a bit expensive, but so happy with the work done they still get five. My 20yo GSHP had been struggling for the last couple of years, and previous attempts to repair by two other specialists really didn't solve the problem. But Geo Green identified the root cause and sorted it properly. Excellent service.

Arthur phoned forward to let me know his arrival time. He then diligently tested our ASHP and its associated equipment. I had some questions which he answered with absolute clarity. He clearly understands the system and how it works. His work was neat and tidy. I also appreciated his smiling demeanour and cheerfulness. I felt like he enjoyed his job. Huge thank you. We will book in for next year.

I recently had issues with my heat pump. Geogreen sent out a gentleman called AJ to come and look at it, assess the damage and provide a report back. AJ is without doubt the nicest and most helpful technician I have ever met. He spent almost 4 hours at my home and explained exactly what he considered to be the problem. AJ was professional and extremely knowledgeable at all times. He is truly an asset to your company and once my issues are sorted out, he is welcome to do the servicing of our heat pump as I fully trust his advice. Thank you. Claudine Smith.

The engineer was very pleasant talked through everything and explained things as he did the service. He was thorough with the job and found out why we were not getting the heating on very quickly and continued to check things out. He did not rush things and waited to check if all was working correctly before leaving

First time using this company to service my Air Source Heat Pump. From initial & continuous communication with Marie who was professional,prompt at replying and very helpful to the engineer himself Anand who arrived on time,was polite worked tidily and explained everything to me so that I was happy with the work that had been carried out and made suggestions that could save me a little heat loss or money ie lagging pipes etc. I would highly recommend this company and dealing with these two particular members of staff, a credit to themselves & their company

Engineer was very polite, happy to explain things to me and configured the system to suit me which the installers didn't. Nice detailed report at end of it. He set out at 5am to get to me early, I'm in Wales. Would recommend, I have a grant air pump system and water tank
