Barn owl box damaged in recent storm. Stephan repaired the box free of charge. What a great after sales service. The box looks as good as new. Super service and such a nice guy into the bargain. I will be buying more of these highly durable barn owl boxes from him very shortly.
Order placed 10th July, 2 weeks later all I've received so far is this request to rate! Seems a problem with Genesis order system prevented me getting updates. Once I spoke to them everything was resolved and the delivery came soon after. Rally nice people.

Easy on line ordering. Delivered parcel within 3 days of ordering, well wrapped and intact. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 , is because I have not put the swift box up on the wall under the roof yet. If the excellent service up to now is anything to go by, I hope to give them 5 stars when completed.
The bird box I got is probably the finest constructed one that I have seen. It looks like it will last years and it arrived within 2 days of ordering it. I will definitely buy more

Excellent customer service, especially over the phone. We ordered Swift nest boxes and a swift caller system. There was a delay with the caller system but this was flagged in advance and the system arrived on the date we were given. Would use this company again.
